About the Conference
Virtual User Conference
The Kalido Connect virtual conference provides attendees and sponsors with a cutting-edge platform for networking, exhibition, collaboration and learning. Attendees can watch a presentation with live Q&A in a packed auditorium, network with peers in the Kalido Connect Lounge, or visit fully-interactive sponsor booths on the exhibit floor.
From group chats to one-on-one discussions, the virtual platform allows for a live conference and exhibition floor with real-time user interaction.

The Exhibit Hall
In the live Exhibit Hall, users will see a life-like display of the your booth available to visit. Depending on your sponsorship level, the sponsored booth will be placed either in the center of the hall, off-center, or to the far left or right. Booth sizes in the hall also vary depending on sponsorship level.
Scrolling marquee banners for displaying your logo and messaging are available to all sponsors and additional branding opportunities are offered to Platinum-level sponsors. |

The Virtual Booth
Each virtual booth is fully customizable, allowing for branding, color choice and design. Virtual booths are fully interactive and include hot-spots for video, content tabs where you can post collateral or presentations, and group or private chat options. Once in a booth, attendees will see who is in the booth with them, who the booth representatives are and what group chats are currently going on. From there, attendees can interact with your booth staff and other visitors, download collateral to add to his or her virtual briefcase and enter to win prizes.
The Auditorium
The virtual auditorium is where general session and breakout session content is presented live, with live Q&A. Users can chat with each other while the presentation is happening. If a presentation is missed, they are archived for later viewing on-demand.
Platinum sponsors are able to present a 20-minute presentation in the virtual auditorium.
