Coman Wakefield

Group Vice President, Engineering

Coman Wakefield serves as Kalido’s Group Vice President of Engineering, responsible for overseeing all of Kalido’s engineering and test functions. Coman works closely with Kalido’s product management and support teams to ensure our products are delivered in a timely fashion with the highest quality possible. Coman also plays a key role in working with our key partners in the development and delivery of joint solutions to the market.

Coman is one of the original engineers on the Kalido project when it was conceived at Royal Dutch Shell in the late 90’s. His leadership efforts over the years have delivered multiple versions of Kalido products, including our award-winning Kalido Information Engine and Master Data Management product. He has most recently led the effort to transition the engineering organization to an agile development methodology and delivered our newest product, Kalido Data Governance Director in December of 2010. Coman is responsible for managing Kalido’s engineering efforts in the UK, the Americas and India.

Coman holds a BSc with honors in Computer Science and Mathematics from Manchester University.
