When you need online technical support, the Kalido Incident Tracking and Support system gives licensed customers instant access to our technical knowledgebase and the ability to log new incidents.
The knowledgebase contains questions and answers on technical issues, the implementation process, the most recent information on product upgrades and patches, and a search function if you can't find exactly what you need. It is your first port of call for online troubleshooting.
If you have a particular incident that needs the attention of a Support Analyst, then you simply submit a request using the web form and it will be automatically assigned a unique number, making it easy for you to track and report back on.
