Product Support Matrix
In order for the Kalido family of products to operate correctly and be supportable, their various components require specific versions of software that come from other software providers. The information provided here defines the supported environments that have been verified by Kalido.
Many of the components that come from other software providers have their own supported version guidelines. Typically, Kalido will verify against new releases (functional and maintenance) from those providers in the next Kalido release (functional and maintenance). In addition, Kalido will support a component from another provider for the same period as the provider, dropping support at the same time.
