Education Services Overview

Kalido considers training to be a key part of its solution offering and applies the same rigor to designing and running courses as it does to new software development. We continuously update our courses to incorporate knowledge gained from the continuing success of our customers with their projects. In addition, we offer our customers the ability to achieve formal certification through the same intensive certification program required of our partners.

Kalido has developed an education program to help our customers fully capitalize on the capabilities of the software. Kalido's education courses are organized along a series of role-based learning streams geared toward professionals at all experience levels.

Based on the Kalido Approach, each individual course provides a rich learning experience to attendees, incorporating proven best practices from past implementation experiences. The courses cover the full lifecycle of data warehousing and master data management, from business modeling and implementation through to analytical reporting and the publishing of harmonized master data. In addition, the highly skilled and trained Kalido instructors provide expert insight into the information and master data challenges that users or implementation teams are likely to face.

Certification

Kalido´s rigorous Certification Program ensures a consistent standard of Kalido skills across our systems integrator partner community. Based on an intensive education program, the certification process teaches and tests not only product knowledge, but also practical experience on applying it in a customer implementation.

Members of Kalido´s Systems Integrator partner program are required to maintain a certain number of trained and consultants. This ensures that our customers receive the most skilled systems integration practitioners available – consultants who are also well-versed in achieving the greatest business benefits possible from Kalido´s unique software.

To achieve certification, program participants follow a comprehensive course schedule designed to provide complete, in-depth understanding of the Kalido Active Information Management Software and best practices for both for data warehousing and master data management. Kalido´s Certification Program consists of two levels:

• Certified Kalido Specialist – This entry-level qualification certifies that the individual has a proven ability to provide general implementation services and support for Kalido.
• Certified Kalido Architect – This senior-level qualification certifies that the consultant has gained practical knowledge and experience in more advanced Kalido topics such as data modeling, data warehouse design and technical leadership.
